Sølve Sundsbø
One of our longest and most challenging collaborations has been with the Norway-born, London-based fashion photographer and filmmaker Sølve Sundsbø. Over the years, we have worked closely with Sølve to develop a unique workflow that merges 3D scan data with his 2D photography and 4D videography - using our Artec handheld scanners to capture the model’s form with precision, enabling distortion and surreal effects to be introduced seamlessly into both images and film.

Kittiwake Digital were asked to provide 3D scanning services at Charleville Castle, one of Ireland’s finest examples of neo-Gothic architecture and a key location in this sly, sharply underplayed fantasy comedy. Using laser scanners and digital cameras we employed our hybrid scanning methodology to create fully textured 3D models of a number of the castle’s interior spaces used in the film.
